Contact YUME FIGURES before returning anything. Approved change-of-mind returns must be dispatched within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, minimum US$10; the buyer pays return postage.
Items must be complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, securely packed and sent by registered post with the invoice. New items must remain unopened and factory sealed. Refunds follow inspection after receipt.
Report damage or manufacturing defects with photos within 3 days of delivery so we can coordinate with the supplier. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
